On the night of March 30, a dozen Bibles were reported missing from West Cancer Clinic. And on the night of April 1. And April 10. And many other days. No need for police. Here’s the reason:
I started placing a dozen or more pocket-sized New Testaments on a table outside of the cancer clinic I go to. As I wrote about earlier, reading The Bible was critical in my fight against cancer so I started buying cases of New Testaments to give away to people.
Once, I decided to place a stack of them on a table in the lobby of the building, just as you entered the clinic. There are no signs that say “take one” or “free Bibles” on this table – just stacks of these books.
